All eggs are not made "perfect" even though all eggs bought in a store look perfect. Right? Even shape. Perfect size. Perfect coloring. etc etc.
But chickens are not perfect so they lay all kinds of eggs. Odd shapes. Speckled. Bumpy shells. etc etc. But all these eggs are removed when they are graded at a grading station. My Farm Fresh, Pasture-raised Eggs are not graded so you will get more "abnormal" looking eggs than store-bought, but does this matter? Of course not. They taste excellent! And are extra healthy! That's what really matters! And you'll find all different shades and colors of eggs because we have a range of chicken breeds, including many heritage breeds etc. AND if you ever have an issue with my eggs please, please just let me know. Thanks
